Processors and hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. Database services are provided via Neon Postgres. Uploaded sales materials are stored in Vercel Blob. Contact notifications may be sent through Resend.

Retention

Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up business relationship. Portal account data is retained while the account remains active.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority.
